Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from iBoost Social, operated by NESTA BUSINESS LLC. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

2. No Refunds Once Delivery Starts

Because our service is digital and begins delivery shortly after payment confirmation, all sales are final once delivery has started. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are already in progress or completed.

You may request a full refund only if your order has not yet been processed. To qualify, you must contact us at info@iboostsocial.live within 30 minutes of placing your order.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any previous deliveries that have already been started or completed.

To cancel, send an email to info@iboostsocial.live with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your order email and Instagram username.

4. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your order due to a technical issue on our side (and not due to changes you made to your Instagram account such as making it private, changing your username, or deleting your account), we will either:

  • Re-attempt delivery free of charge, or
  • Issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The Instagram account was changed to private during delivery.
  • The username was modified after the order was placed.
  • The Instagram account was deleted, suspended, or restricted.
  • You ordered for the wrong username.
  • Natural follower drop-off (small fluctuations are normal).
  • You changed your mind after delivery started.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at info@iboostsocial.live before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in your account and email being permanently banned from our Service, and we reserve the right to dispute and recover any associated fees.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy:

  1. Email us at info@iboostsocial.live.
  2. Include your order email, Instagram username, and the date of purchase.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
