iBoost Social provides Instagram audience growth services, including the delivery of followers to public Instagram accounts you own or control. The Service is provided on a one-time or recurring subscription basis as selected at checkout.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid, public Instagram username at checkout.
• You must not change your username, switch your account to private, or delete your account during delivery.
• You confirm you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the Instagram account submitted.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. For subscription plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. No Affiliation with Instagram

iBoost Social is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific engagement levels, retention rates, or any particular outcome from the use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NESTA BUSINESS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, account suspension, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NESTA BUSINESS LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
